Overview

The Clarinet Workshop will take place in August 1-6, 2026, designed for advanced students seeking to improve their performance skills under the guidance of an internationally renowned artist-faculty.

During the six-day workshop, participants will receive intensive training, engage in master classes and lectures, and gain valuable performance experience.

This workshop offers a comprehensive approach to technical mastery, musical interpretation, and performance-all within a vibrant and inspiring learning environment.

Paolo Beltramini (Gest Artist): Asian Youth Orchestra, Orchestra Della Radio Svizzera Italiana

 

Program Highlights

  • Three one-on-one lessons, one with each artist-faculty.
  • Piano accompaniment provided for all individual lessons
  • Shared practice rooms with one other participants
  • Opportunities to observe peer lessons for broader learning perspectives
  • Thematic lectures covering performance techniques, major repertoire analysis and interpretation, and orchestral performance skills
  • Master classes led by internationally acclaimed artists and professors
  • Performance opportunities on Tianjin Juilliard’s world-class stages
  • Attend performances by clarinet workshop artists and the Asian Youth Orchestra
  • Certificate of completion awarded to all students

 

Application

  2. Admission is limited and awarded in the order of applications received.
  3. Applicants may apply as either Students or Auditors. Auditors are eligible to observe all lessons and activities, including one-on-one lessons, lectures, masterclasses, recitals, and performances.

Notes:

  1. The Clarinet Workshop fees are not eligible for any discounts.
  2. The student fee includes 6 days and 7 nights of hotel accommodation; meals are not included.
  3. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian, who must also register as an auditor and pay the applicable fee.
  4. Auditors under the age of 18 must also be accompanied by a guardian, who must register as an auditor and pay the same fee.
