This Handbook intends to provide information to employees on the employment policies of The Tianjin Juilliard School (hereinafter "School" or "Tianjin Juilliard") and to help answer questions about those policies. This Handbook, together with other School policies incorporated herein, aim to help employees meet the School’s high ethical and professional standards, which is an important tool for preserving our traditions. If there are any items discussed in the Handbook, for which you would like clarification on, or if there is something that you wish to know more about the School, please contact the Office of Human Resources. The information set forth herein is subject to change from time to time, and the School reserves the right to add, remove or alter the policies contained in this Handbook. The School’s regulations and policies are published on the School’s official website. Employees understand and agree that it is their responsibility to check the website regularly to stay updated of the latest policies and regulations, to abide by and implement them.
This handbook is written in both English and Chinese languages. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the two language versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
