At The Tianjin Juilliard School, students are given ample opportunities to perform in solo, chamber, and orchestral concerts. The school has three state-of-the-art performing venues which form the cornerstones of the new campus building in Tianjin. Through performances in the Concert Hall, Recital Hall, and Tanoto Theater, students refine their performance skills and connect with audiences through music.
The Tianjin Juilliard School plans to offer weekly public performances starting in the fall of 2020. As many as 150 performances every year will be presented in the 687-seat Concert Hall, 295-seat Recital Hall, or 221-seat Tanoto Theater.
Concert Hall
The concert hall has 687 seats and is the main venue for large orchestral and ensemble performances, special events, and recitals.
Recital Hall
The recital hall, with 295 seats, provides a more intimate environment for student and faculty recitals, chamber music concerts, and master classes.
Tanoto Theater
The 221-seat Tanoto Theater, a multi-purpose space, provides opportunities to present music or multi-disciplinary programs.
