Krzysztof Jablonski currently serves as Academic Leader of Piano and Keyboard at the School of Music, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen. He is a laureate of the 1985 F. Chopin International Piano Competition in Warsaw, Poland, as well as numerous top prize winners at international piano competitions in Milan, Palm Beach, Monza, Dublin, New York, Calgary, and Gold Medal at the A. Rubinstein International Piano Master Competition in Tel Aviv.

For the past 37 years, Jablonski has been actively performing solo and chamber music, as well as with orchestras across the world and performed in prestigious concert halls, including appearances on the Master Concert Series at Berliner Philharmonie. Jablonski played over 2000 concerts, recorded more than 20 CDs and many for radio and TV, including live broadcasts to 23 countries of EBU (European Broadcasting Union).  

Jablonski studied with Janina Butor and Andrzej Jasiński, and completed his doctorate in 1997.  The President of Poland handed the nomination of becoming one of the youngest titular professors in Poland. Jablonski taught at the K. Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice, F. Chopin University of Music in Warsaw, where he held a tenured professor position for 13 years, and Mount Royal University in Calgary, as faculty of the Morningside Music Bridge program where he has taught for over 20 years.  

He is a jury member of the F. Chopin International Piano Competition in Warsaw and the chairman of the jury of the Canadian Chopin Piano Competition in Toronto, he also adjudicated Chopin competitions in Miami, USA, and Foshan, China.
