The registrar's office has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide official transcripts, enrollment verifications, and degree verifications for current students and alumni. 

Request a Transcript

For graduate students, you will receive an unofficial transcript from the Tianjin Juilliard Registrar’s Office after commencement. However, you can order an official transcript online through the Juilliard website via the National Student Clearinghouse. To do so, please go to Official Transcripts

For Pre-College students, you can download an unofficial transcript on Cadence or reach out to Kathy.Tong@tianjinjuilliard.edu.cn and get the official transcripts.

Degree Verification

This service is for graduate students only. Pre-College students should contact their respective division offices for proof of enrollment.

Degree Verification outside of China from the National Student Clearinghouse

• Follow the instructions to get a certificate from the National Student Clearinghouse stating your enrollment history and current status.
• This service will be available anytime, and you will be able to print as many copies as necessary.
• Please note that international students who do not have a Social Security number on file with the Registrar’s Office may not have access to this service. Those students without access should contact the Registrar’s Office directly for verification of requests.

Request Enrollment Verification

The Enrollment Verification documents students’ enrollment status in the current and past terms. Enrollment Verifications are frequently needed to verify eligibility for visa applications, health insurance coverage or for certain types of financial aid.  

Official enrollment verifications are available through the Registrar at no cost. You can either physically visit the Registrar Office 3D07 or email your request to registrar@tianjinjuilliard.edu.cn. Please allow three business days for processing from the receipt of the request.

Career Support from TJS

The Creative Careers and Community Connection Program (CCCCP) helps you acquire the entrepreneurship toolkit to achieve your goals in a creative enterprise. As an alumnus, you will receive the same access to the career services from both the New York and Tianjin campuses for consultations.

Career Support from Juilliard New York

The Alan D. Marks Center for Career Services and Entrepreneurship provides alumni and students with lifelong career support through a range of services including individual career counseling, workshops, and Career Portal.

The Juilliard Career Portal is a full-service online platform for managing career materials. This includes a listing of job opportunities in the performing arts posted by local employers and Career Services staff members. These listings are made available to alumni, faculty, and current students and are for their use only.
