Responsibilities:

• Teach applied lessons and lead weekly performance classes for both Graduate Studies Program and Pre-College  
• Coach chamber music 
• Lead sectional rehearsals for TJS Graduate Orchestra  
• Play side-by-side with graduate students in chamber music and orchestra as needed 
• Teach in a secondary area as qualified 
• Actively recruit students 
• Perform chamber music with colleagues as part of the TJS resident faculty ensemble  

Qualifications: 

• Fluency in English (the graduate program at TJS is accredited by Middle States Commission on Higher Education, therefore all courses are taught in English) 
• Extensive experience performing in professional Western orchestras and chamber ensembles at the highest international level  
• Minimum 5 years of collegiate teaching experience required  
• Entrepreneurial minded and comfortable with the uncertainties associated with a new venture

Responsibilities:

• Check original expenses claims and invoice issue in accordance with relevant legislation and policies
• Process all the payments timely & correctly, including of domestic/ oversea /staff reimbursement, payroll, etc.
• Collect bank inward remittance notice daily and inform the relevant department timely
• Responsible for bank-related business, such as account opening, closing, change, foreign currency receipts and payments, capital transfer etc.
• Liaise with banks/tax offices for bank transactions and various reports submission
• Cooperate with the annual internal and external audit
• Voucher and document filling, organizing all the work reasonably and maintaining accurate and timely records of transactions
• Other ad hoc assignments as requested by direct manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree or above in finance/accounting
• More than 3-years related working experience, tax filing experience and/or experience with educational institute preferred
• Willing to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Fluently in English speaking and writing
• Detail oriented and willing to continuously learn
