Besides monetary reward, non-monetary recognition is also awarded to staff and faculty. 

 

Talent Development

Talent development is a management activity through which employees are provided with opportunities to increase the depth, breadth, and diversity of their experiences on both a professional and personal level.

The Tianjin Juilliard School recognizes talents in artistic, academic, and administrative functions. We facilitate talent development through measures like teamwork, knowledge sharing, granting responsibilities, and more. 

Both Department Heads and HR Director are responsible for developing employees’ skills, identifying their potential, and supporting their professional growth. In the meantime, every employee should make an effort to work on their individual abilities and aim to improve.
