The two years at Tianjin Juilliard helped me to solidify my professional goals while broadening my horizons on an international level. Prior to Tianjin Juilliard, I did not think a career outside of the United States would have been possible. Since graduating, I have been offered some great career opportunities in China. Working with guest conductors at The Tianjin Juilliard School helped me to develop a lot of flexibility in my playing, and I learned a lot from my peers as well.
