The Music Teacher Training include a series of workshops designed for the Chinese 1-9 or International K-12 music teacher and aims to provide trainees with practical classroom techniques and activities that can easily be applied in their lesson planning and teaching.  The workshops incorporate current music education methods from both Western and Eastern teaching philosophies, and are designed in accordance with the teaching materials and standards of the Chinese national curriculum. 

The Music Teacher Workshops include a variety of technical, theoretical, and practical topics designed to prepare teachers for any scenario.

• Keyboard Skills in the Classroom 
• Music Arrangement 
• Choral pedagogy and conducting 
• Instrumental pedagogy and coaching 
• Student ensemble coaching and management 

Teacher Training program is conducted through a combination of online and in-person trainings by music education experts from The Tianjin Juilliard School. The location of the training will be determined according to the needs of the institutions and organizations. 

Each teacher training session lasts about one week, and the Continuing Education Department will provide long-term Q&A support for the trainees. 

Programs are customized to suit the learning objectives of the participant, therefore the length of each program will vary. The fees are assessed each time and can range between RMB 1,000 - 10,000 per week.
