Tianjin Juilliard celebrated its first commencement ceremony on Friday, May 20 at the Tianjin Juilliard Concert Hall. Congratulations to the class of 2022!

As a part of the Tianjin Juilliard Pre-College core curriculum, Chamber Music is one of the most popular classes among students. It is designed to help students build better interpersonal and collaborative skills, broaden their understanding of music, and provide them with the opportunity to learn how to respect, encourage, and listen to each other. Learn more about our students’ exploration of Chamber Music.

Violinist Dominique Valenzuela (MM '22) shares a day in his life as a student at Tianjin Juilliard: practicing, studying orchestra repertoire, taking lessons with faculty, exploring Beethoven's sonatas, performing with the Tianjin Juilliard Orchestra, and more.

Juilliard is proud to present “Little Folk-Song Serenade,” a collaboration between our campuses in New York and Tianjin China sponsored by Bank of China U.S.A. in honor of its 40th Anniversary of operations in the United States in November 2021. Composed by Juilliard alumni and Tianjin Juilliard faculty member Niccolo Athens, “Little Folk-Song Serenade” celebrates our shared commitment to fostering cross-cultural understanding between our two nations.
